Delivery Terms and Conditions
To help combat the spread of Covid-19 we are all in this together. To help protect our customers, staff and the wider community we will be delivering contact free until further notice. Our drivers will leave your order at your front door or at your requested designated spot. All staff wear gloves when packing produce and have a strict minimum touch approach to handling produce.
The Set Boxes are value for money and full of staple fruit & Veg that have been formulated to save you time in picking your own! They may change on a weekly basis depending on seasonality and availablity and you can request up to 1-2 items to be changed/swapped.
The Set Boxes are full of staple fruit and veg that we all use. We dont get too fancy with the boxes BUT you are more than welcome to order the fancy stuff too for a further cost!
The list of items in each box are listed when you click on the Set Box. Please note, items can vary on a daily basis depending on availability. If there is a product that you really need please contact us to let us know or leave a comment upon checkout. Alternatively, you may purchase the product as an extra in the Produce List.
Yes you can, however there is a minimum purchase of $25.

If you order by 10pm we will have your delivery at your door the following day.
Browse through our range of offerings by clicking on Boxes or Produce List. Click on 'Add to cart' under the desired item(s) and select the quantity.
When you’re done, click on the cart icon on the top-right corner of the page. View and edit the items in your cart. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' to visit the Customer Information screen.
Enter your address and click on 'Next'. This will take you to the Delivery Scheduler. Select the date(s) for delivery or pick up and click on 'Next'.
Enter payment information and click on 'Pay now' to complete payment. On the next screen, you’ll see a confirmation dialogue with details of your order. Upon completion of your order you will recieve an email reciept to confirm your order status.
Generally all orders will be delivered before midday. Any orders delivered before 8 am will be left at your front door without notice as the drivers don't want to wake you! They will endeavour to message you after 8am to let you know the order has arrived. After 8:30am they will ring your door bell and leave it at your requested delivery spot.
No! We will leave your order at your front door or designated delivery spot. We ask that you bring your order in as soon as you can to help preserve the freshness of your goods.
Please note, we will not be responsible for theft or damage of goods if you request items to be left unattended.
Any issues with your order will be fixed hassle free! Call us in our office as soon as you notice it and we will work with you to fix it on the day if possible or when it's conveniant for you.

There is a delivery fee of $6.50 for the suburbs in the vicinity of our warehouse in Kilsyth South. A higher delivery fee may apply further out. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
Handy Tip- you can avoid or reduce a delivery charge by picking up from our warehouse or bulk ordering!

Pick up from our warehouse is between 8am-midday on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Payment for online orders via Visa or Master Card only.

Yes you can, we actually encourage it! Please leave the empty box for the driver to pick up at the spot where they will leave your next delivery.
We try and use recyclable packaging at all times and use minimal plastic packaging in the set boxes.
